Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery (within Ghana): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Express shipping (if available): Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, logistics delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a certain amount (as per ongoing promotions).
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Ghana. International shipping options will be introduced soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
You can track your order through our website or the courier service’s tracking portal.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Personal care, grooming, and cosmetic products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
For size or color exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed for shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
